Holders steer neuron 3838. Every vote is weighted by gravity, and this whole site follows the result: colour, glitch and the neuron's mood.

Gravity: How much $N3838 you hold, multiplied by how long you've held it. Selling resets the clock. Gravity decides your rank, how much your vote counts and how often you can talk to the neuron.
Steering: Vote anywhere from −1 (aligned) to +1 (evil). The site uses the gravity-weighted average, updated live.
The neuron: Named after neuron 3838 in layer 34 of Qwen3.8 27B, which @chiefofautism showed can turn the model hostile when steered.
